Orders & Returns
Due to economic conditions and unpredictable inventory shortages, starting March 1, 2024 we initiated a monthly ordering process in an effort to keep prices low and manage inventory delays. This is a change from our previous on-demand production cycle. Please note the following:
- Cut-off for ordering will be the 5th of every month
- If you order past the 5th of each month, your order will be automatically rolled into the next month's delivery (though there are times that the orders are delivered quicker)
- Mail delivery or pick-up will be the end of each month (approx. a 3-week turnaround time)
- Flat Rate Mail services have increased to $10 per order
- Great Lakes Shop pick-up is located in Garden City - please note office hours, if this is your option
- All items are made per order and returns and exchanges will be on a case by case basis. Please be sure to use the size charts to ensure the correct fit. Any approved return or exchange will incur a $5-15 restock fee, depending on the item.
